It adopts four-axis servo system and internal and external double tool holders for processing. This machine is efficient and can process the inner hole and outer circle of the roller at one time. This kind of hole blocking processing machine is specially developed for powerful large plate making companies, which is the star product of our company in recent years.Cone two cutter CNC lathe,the utility model is used for turning the plug blank into a plug and welding the plug on both ends of the gravure cylinder, including a bed. The lathe bed is provided with two coaxial chuck mechanisms and a driving mechanism that drives the chuck mechanism to move along the chuck axial direction, and also includes a turning tool mechanism, a gravure cylinder positioning mechanism and two welding machines. The turning tool mechanism is arranged on one side of the chuck mechanism and is connected with the lathe The concave cylinder positioning mechanism is arranged between the two chuck mechanisms to position the gravure cylinder. The two welding machines are respectively arranged on the two chuck mechanisms to weld the plug on both ends of the gravure cylinder.
