Gravure plate electroplating automatic production line is mainly used in the electroplating process of gravure cylinder production. the production line adopts PLC automatic control system, which is stable in operation and easy to operate. the electroplating process is fully automatic after clamping the cylinder and input the cylinder size on the plate loading platform, without manual intervention. Our company began to produce gravure electroplating automatic production line from 2004, after continuous improvement and optimization, the whole line has the electroplating tank structure reasonable, easy maintenance; control system flow planning in line with the actual requirements of gravure production process, high production efficiency; coating structure stability, power saving and other characteristics.

 

According to the function,it is divided into gravure copper plating production line and gravure chrome plating production line :

 

The gravure copper plating production line is used in the copper plating process after the gravure steel body machining is finished. The main components of the copper plating production line are :1 gravure plate automatic transport driving ;2 gravure plate installation platform ;3 gravure plate copper plating cleaning machine ;4 gravure plate alkali copper plating machine ;5 gravure plate acid copper plating machine ;6 hanger (gravure plate clamping tooling)
